Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel RN for the PCU (Progressive Care Unit) in Columbus, OH for a 13-week assignment. You will provide stepdown care and monitor cardiac rhythms, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe patient transitions.

The role requires 1 year of Stepdown experience, an active RN license in Ohio, BLS and ACLS certifications, and preferred PCCN/NIHSS credentials. Travel pay includes comprehensive benefits and dedicated clinical support.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN
• Current RN license in Ohio
• BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
• ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Monitors and interprets cardiac rhythms and telemetry data.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments.
• Assists with cardiac-related procedures and examinations.
• Maintains patient comfort and safety in telemetry units.
• Communicates patient status to the team and follows protocols.
