Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU for a 13-week assignment in Omaha, NE. The RN will provide care to patients transitioning from acute to progressive care, with nights shifts on a 12-hour schedule and 36 hours per week.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of Stepdown experience, a current RN license, and BLS/ACLS. This travel role offers competitive pay, benefits from day one, and support from a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Stepdown RN experience
• Current RN license in good standing
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret telemetry data and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol.
• Assist with cardiac procedures and examinations.
• Document patient status and communicate with the team.
• Educate patients about cardiac health and risk factors.
