Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Stepdown RN for a 13-week assignment in Du Bois, PA. This role focuses on telemetry patient care with 12-hour night shifts and a 36-hour weekly schedule. Start date is available November 2, 2026.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN.
• Current Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred: PCCN Certification.
• Preferred: NIHSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor telemetry and vital signs; respond to abnormalities.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments with focus on cardiac care.
• Prepare equipment and assist with cardiac procedures and exams.
• Maintain comfort and safety of telemetry patients.
• Document patient assessments and notify physicians of changes.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for comprehensive telemetry care.
