Job summary

TotalMed RN seeks a PCU RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Morgantown, West Virginia. The role is 48 hours weekly with 12-hour nights, through an immediate start for an acute care RN with 1–2 years of experience. The PCU nurse monitors cardiac patients, titrates IV meds, and supports step-down care in a fast-paced unit.

As a PCU travel nurse, you’ll use monitoring equipment, document vital signs, and respond to emergencies. ACLS/BLS and additional certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care and stabilize cardiac patients.
• Monitor and record vital signs and equipment readings.
• Administer medications and document treatments.
• Assist with IVs, dressings, catheters and analgesia as needed.
• Communicate changes in patient status to the team.
