American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN for a hospital setting in Ohio. The role requires scrub and circulating skills with at least 12 months of recent OR experience, including robotic, GU, GYN, and general surgery cases.

Expect a 4x10 hour day shift (7:00 AM–5:30 PM) with on-call nights and weekends. Vaccinations are required; local candidates are welcome at the same bill rate. References must be from OR leadership; cross-department references are not accepted.

Qualifications

• Active OH RN license (Standard or Compact) in hand.
• Current AHA BLS certification required.
• Minimum 12 months of recent permanent OR experience prior to travel, including scrubbing and circulating.
• One professional reference from OR manager/supervisor/director required.
• Co-worker references not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Operating Room department of a hospital setting.
• Scrub and circulate for robotic, GU, GYN, and general surgery cases.
• Day shift schedule, 4x10 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Takes call on nights and weekends.
• Responsible for accurate surgical counts and specimen handling.
• Team-oriented role requiring strong collaboration skills.
• Expected to work every other holiday.
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines required, with medical or religious exemptions only.
• Accepts local candidates at the same bill rate.
• Permanent or per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.
• ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments completed during orientation, with a maximum of 2 attempts to pass.
