Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN for a busy large hospital setting, requiring multi-specialty OR experience and an active SC or compact RN license.

The position offers a 13-week assignment on the evening shift (5x8 hours, 14:30-23:00) with travel eligibility and housing/licensure reimbursements. Local candidates within 50 miles are not accepted; travelers outside this radius are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (SC or compact) required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience preferred.
• Epic charting experience required.
• At least 1 prior travel assignment required.

Responsibilities

• Provide circulating and/or scrub duties in a fast-paced OR.
• Support multiple surgical specialties including General, GYN, Ortho, Neuro, and Robotics.
• 13-week assignment on evening shift (5x8 hours, 14:30-23:00).
• Weekday schedule with possible weekends and holidays within the contract.
• Travelers must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates within 50 miles are not accepted.
• Return staff who were never permanent employees are eligible to apply.
• Travel pairs are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Operating Room unit within a busy, large hospital setting
• Supports multiple surgical specialties including General, GYN, Ortho, Neuro, and Robotics
• 13-week assignment on evening shift (5x8 hours, 14:30-23:00)
• Weekday schedule with possible weekends and holidays within the contract
• Not currently assigning travelers to the call rotation, though occasional shift coverage may be needed
• Perform circulating and/or scrub duties across multiple surgical specialties in a fast-paced OR environmentMust reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible as a travel candidate
• Local candidates within the 50-mile radius are not accepted
• Return staff who were never permanent employees are eligible to apply
