Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced OR Circulator RN with 1–2 years of OR experience and an active NC or Compact RN license for an acute care hospital assignment.

The role involves 1:1 patient care in a 13-bed surgical suite, using DaVinci robotics, Mako, Holmium Laser, Hana table, and Cerner EHR. Shifts are 4x10 hours (6:45 AM–3:15 PM) with weekend call requirements and travel-rate considerations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (NC or Compact) required.
• ADN or BSN degree required.
• Minimum 1–2 years OR experience required.
• AHA certifications required.
• Experience with Orthopedic or Neuro cases preferred.

Responsibilities

• OR setting within an acute care hospital with a 13-bed surgical suite.
• Adult patient population with minimal pediatric cases (outpatient only).
• 1:1 patient ratios.
• Operate with specialized equipment including DaVinci robotics, Mako, Holmium Laser, and Hana table.
• Use Cerner EHR system.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of OR experience required
• AHA certifications required
• Experience with Orthopedic or Neuro cases preferred
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

Responsibilities

• Operating Room setting within an acute care hospital with a 13-bed surgical suite
• Adult patient population with minimal pediatric cases (outpatient only)
• 1:1 patient ratios
• Uses specialized equipment including Davinci robotics, Mako, Holmium Laser, and Hana table
• Cerner EHR system used
• 4x10-hour day shifts, 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM
• Weekend call requirements only, no scheduled weekend shifts
• Call requirement of 7 days per month, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• No floating required
• Facility offers access to a scrub machine, no specific scrub color required
• Outside attire not laundered by the hospital is not permitted
• Must begin assignment on a designated orientation start date, with orientation held bi-weeklyCandidates must live 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for the travel rate
• Local candidates within 60 miles may be considered at the local rate
• Previous perm staff employment at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months is not permitted
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full-time
