Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN Circulator for an Operating Room travel assignment in Tennessee. Must hold TN or compact RN licensure and have prior circulating OR experience. Shift 6:45 AM–5:15 PM; 13-week assignment with housing and licensure reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (TN or compact) required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in the Operating Room specialty required.
• Circulating RN skills required.
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Surgery unit of a 10-bed operating room department.
• Staffing ratio of 1 RN per surgery with a team of 11 RN positions.
• Circulating RN role using surgical equipment
• Documentation completed in Meditech
• 24-hour coverage scheduling required
• Shift runs from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM
• 13-week assignment length
• Provide circulating RN support during surgical procedures
• Ceil blue scrubs required as part of the dress code
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel assignment
• Local candidates will not be considered
