American Traveler Staffing Professionals is seeking an experienced RN Circulator for an Operating Room travel assignment in West Virginia. The position includes day shifts, 1:1 patient care, and scheduled call requirements; travel rate restrictions apply, and scrubbing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (WV or Compact) required.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS).
• Minimum 2 years of RN circulating experience required.
• Experience circulating in General, GYN, Vascular, Orthopedic, Urology, Podiatry, and da Vinci Robotic surgery specialties.
• OR Scrub/Circulator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate as RN Circulator in the OR and support multiple surgical specialties.
• Provide 1:1 patient care and assist with robotic and open procedures.
• Participate in call coverage and interdepartmental float as needed.

Travel RN - Operating Room

$2,606/wk

Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Circulator for an Operating Room position requiring 2+ years of circulating experience across multiple surgical specialties and an active WV or compact RN license.

Details

• Operating Room department with 7 OR rooms in a Level III trauma hospital
• RN Circulator role supporting surgical specialties including General, GYN, Vascular, Ortho, Urology, Podiatry, and da Vinci Robotic surgery
• Serves patients of all ages
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• Day shift schedule from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• Every other weekend coverage required with potential for additional call
• Call requirements include 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month
• Interdepartmental floating required as needed

Requirements

• Active RN license (WV or Compact) required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Minimum 2 years of RN circulating experience required
• Experience circulating in General, GYN, Vascular, Ortho, Urology, Podiatry, and da Vinci Robotic surgery specialties

Additional Information

• Facility provides surgical services including da Vinci Robotic Surgery, Spine, Orthopaedic, Vascular, Thoracic, Interventional Pain Management, Interventional Cardiology, Gynecological, General, Oral, Urological, Eye, and Trauma/Emergency Services
• Scrubs supplied by facility; casual wear and other facility-branded attire not permitted
• Candidates must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to be eligible for the travel rate
• Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time
