Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a 13-week travel contract at an Ambulatory Surgery Center in Denver, CO. ACLS certification and at least 1 year of recent OR experience required.

Active CO or Compact RN license is required. BLS and ACLS must be current, and BSN or related field is preferred. CNOR is preferred. Local candidates are accepted; travel and local rates are the same.

Qualifications

• Active CO or Compact RN license required — pending licensure not accepted.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required — must be active at time of consideration
• Minimum 1 year of recent full-time OR experience within the last 3 years
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

• Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) setting in Denver, CO.
• Surgical specialties include Plastics, General, Robotics, GYN, ENT, Ortho, Ophthalmology, and more
• Day shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week
• EMR: Epic (experience required)
• Pre-op and IV start skills not required but preferred

• BSN or related field preferred; 3–5 years of OR circulating and scrubbing experience preferred
