American Traveler is looking for an experienced OR Circulator RN for a hospital assignment in Florida. Requires an active Florida or compact RN license, at least 2 years of OR Circulator experience, and robotics expertise.

BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications are required, with no expiration within 30 days of start. Schedule features four 10-hour day shifts (6:30am-5pm) with on-call responsibilities (6-8 shifts per month).

• Robotics experience required.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• Certifications must not expire within first 30 days.
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in past year.
• Valid driver's license and US SSN required.

Responsabilités

• Operate in OR department within a hospital setting.
• Function as OR Circulator supporting surgical team.
• Scrub in and assist physicians during surgical cases.
• Demonstrate leadership and plan patient care in OR.
• Follow Nurse Practice Act, AORN, and hospital policies.
• Ensure supplies and timely cases; communicate with families.
• On-call: 6-8 shifts per month; weeknight call 5pm–6:30am.
• Weekend calls: 7am–7am; rotating weekends.
• Travelers with recent CHS staffing may be disqualified.

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room Circulator role requiring 2+ years of OR experience and robotics experience.

Requirements

• Robotics experience required
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Valid driver's license and US SSN required for consideration

Responsibilities

• Operating Room department within a hospital setting
• Functions as OR Circulator supporting surgical team including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and ORTs
• Day shift schedule: four 10-hour shifts, 6:30am-5pm
• On-call responsibilities required: 6-8 shifts per month (1-2 per week)
• Weeknight call runs from 5pm to 6:30am the next morning
• Weekend call is a 24-hour shift, either Saturday or Sunday 7am to 7am
• Rotating weekend requirement
• Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in anticipating and planning patient care in the operating room
• Follow State Nurse Practice Act, AORN, and regulatory standards along with hospital and surgical department policies
• Ensure supplies and timeliness of cases, communicate with families, and update physician preference cards
• Scrub in and assist physicians during surgical cases
• Supervise personnel delivering patient care
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
• Travelers who worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years will not be considered
• RTO requests must be less than one week
