American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced OR nurse (RN) for a hospital travel assignment in Oklahoma. Requires active RN license (Standard or Compact) with 2+ years of circulating OR experience and Meditech charting proficiency.

Certifications include BLS and ACLS; experience with cell saver equipment and strict adherence to Universal Protocol, wound management, and safety standards is required. On-site day shifts with occasional late shifts and potential on-call duties.

Qualificações

• Surgical specialties across Thoracic, General, Orthopedic, Ortho/Spine, Urology

• Proficiency in emergency management, fire safety, infection control, laser safety, radiation safety, specimen handling/labeling, Universal Protocol, and wound management

Responsabilidades

• Work in the Operating Room unit of a hospital environment
• Day shift 5x8 hours, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM with rotating late shifts until 7:00 PM 1-2 times per week
• On-call responsibilities are currently covered but may become required
• Uses Meditech charting system

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring a minimum of 2 years of circulating experience and an active RN license (Standard or Compact).

Requirements

• Active RN license (Standard or Compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Minimum 2 years of circulating OR experience required
• Meditech charting experience required
• Surgical specialty skills required across Thoracic, General Surgery, Orthopedic, Ortho/Spine, and Urology procedures
• Experience with cell saver equipment required
• Proficiency in emergency management, fire safety, infection control, laser safety, radiation safety, specimen handling/labeling, Universal Protocol (time out) procedures, and wound management required

Responsibilities

• Work in the Operating Room unit of a hospital environment
• Day shift schedule (5x8 hours, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM) with rotating late shifts until 7:00 PM 1-2 times per week
• On-call responsibilities are currently covered but may become required
• Uses Meditech charting system
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• No requested time off (RTO) will be accepted for this assignment
