Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Travel RN - Operating Room for a 13-week seasonal assignment in Colorado. Requires active Colorado/compact RN license, BLS/ACLS, and at least 1 year of acute care OR experience. Robotics and Meditech EMR experience are highly preferred.

Work 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, Monday–Friday with on-call duties, and no overnight on-call. Scrubs provided; housing and travel reimbursements offered. Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Colorado or compact.

Responsibilities

• Main OR unit within a 284-bed hospital.
• Evening shift, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
• 13-week assignment.
• Patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2, estimated but not guaranteed.
• Utilizes DaVinci Robotics equipment.
• EMR: Meditech/CPN.
• Procedures include Vascular/Hybrid OR, Trauma, and Neuro cases.
• On-call 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Mon-Fri, 30-min response time.
• No overnight on-call.
• Scrubs provided for OR staff.
• Ideal candidates are self-motivated, positive, team-oriented.
• Must reside outside 50-mile radius; no local candidates.

Requirements

• Active RN license (Colorado or compact) required
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care OR RN experience required
• Robotics experience highly preferred
• Prior Meditech experience preferred
• Experience in large trauma OR facilities preferred
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (no Canadian SSN accepted)
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
