Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced NICU RN for a night shift assignment in Massachusetts. The role requires Level 3/4 NICU experience and NRP certification, with Epic EMR experience and MA RN license.

The position features a 3x12 hour night schedule (18:45-07:15), 36 hours per week, and travel-friendly benefits including housing allowance and travel reimbursements. Candidates must reside within 200 miles of the facility and have two professional references.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Level 3 or 4 NICU required.
• NRP certification required.
• Previous Epic charting experience required.
• Two references required for consideration, with at least one from a Nurse Manager or higher.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Neonatal ICU (NICU) unit of a hospital.
• Night shift schedule (3x12 hours, 18:45-07:15).
• 36 hours per week.
• Uses Epic EMR system.
• Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level 3 or 4 NICU setting.
• A pass/fail medication exam is required during in-person orientation, with only one attempt allowed and study materials provided.
• A pass/fail EKG test is also required.
• Candidates must reside within 200 miles of the facility.
• Candidates with prior disciplinary actions on their nursing license will not be considered.
