Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Level IV NICU assignment in California. Requires active CA RN license and two years of Level IV NICU experience, plus BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications. Travel roles include floating to PICU and pediatrics, night shifts (3x12), and periodic weekend/holiday coverage.

Travel nurses receive housing allowance, travel reimbursement, and per diem options. Previous travel experience is preferred, and California licensure must be current.

• Minimum two years of Level IV NICU experience required
• Pending licenses are not accepted

Responsibilities

• Work in the NICU unit of a hospital setting
• Required to float to all areas of Mattel, including PICU and acute care Pediatrics, to care for patients under one year of age
• Night shift schedule, 3x12 hours (1900-0700)
• Every other weekend required (or 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule), with night shift weekends falling on Friday/Saturday
• Holiday coverage may be required
• Navy blue scrubs required
• At least one previous travel assignment required for consideration
