Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Neonatal ICU RN for a 13-week Level III NICU assignment in California. You must hold CA RN licensure, BLS, and NRP, with recent NICU experience and a bachelor’s degree preferred.

The role features 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM), 36 hours per week, and Epic EMR usage. Local candidates may apply with travel rate parity.

Qualifications

• Active CA RN license required at time of consideration.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year NICU experience within last 3 years.
• Level III Neonatal Intensive Care experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred.
• Seven years of recent Level III NICU experience within the last 10 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Level III NICU setting.
• 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
• 36 scheduled hours per week over a 13-week assignment.
• Uses Epic EMR.
• Provide critical care nursing to neonatal patients in a Level III NICU.
