• Level IV/surgical NICU setting
• Common diagnoses include CDH, MAS, NEC, TEF/EA, abdominal wall defects, BPD, and pulmonary hypertension, with pre/peri/post-op care
• Night shift schedule, 12-hour shifts, weekend block (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Float to other units required
• Provide specialized neonatal intensive care to critically ill infants requiring surgical or high-acuity support
• Holiday coverage required if a holiday falls during the contract period
• Nicotine-free facility with mandatory testing
