Job summary

Lambstaffing in Shelby, NC seeks an experienced RN for MedSurg/Tele travel assignments. You will provide bedside care, monitor cardiac rhythms, manage non-titrating drips, and collaborate with CNAs, RTs, and hospitalists to ensure patient safety and smooth admissions.

Requires 18+ months Med/Surg/Tele RN experience, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and an active state license. You may float regionally (Region 3) to facilities listed; weekend coverage and shifts include 0630-1900 and 1830-0700 with a 6‑week

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 18 months Med/Surg/Tele RN experience.
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required.
• Willingness to float regionally as needed.
• Experience with non-titrating cardiac drips is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Med/Surg/Tele nursing care per unit protocols.
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and manage non-titrating drips.
• Support telemetry monitoring and patient assessments.
• Collaborate with CNAs, RTs and hospitalists.
• Float within region to facilities as required.
