Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is hiring an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry RN for a hospital float pool position in Massachusetts. The role requires strong telemetry skills and an active MA RN license.

You will float across units on 12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night), 36 hours per week, for an 8-week assignment with weekly orientations. Epic EMR is used; vaccines are required. Remote options: none. Housing and travel reimbursements available as part of benefits.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license required in hand.
• 2+ years of Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required.
• Strong telemetry experience due to float pool utilization across units.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• Must pass Tele/ECG and Medication competency testing.
• Vaccines: COVID+ booster and Flu (exemptions allowed).

Responsibilities

• Hospital-based Nursing Float Pool position, floating across multiple units.
• Medical-Surgical Telemetry patient population.
• 12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night), 36 hours per week.
• 8-week assignment length.
• Weekly orientations provided.
• Epic EMR used.
• Float pool role requiring flexibility across multiple nursing units.
• Maximum of three days RTO allowed, with no holiday RTO approved.
• All RTO requests must be presented at time of consideration.
• Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the facility, and local candidates are not accepted.
• Previous BILH employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must have a 6-month break before returning to any BILH facility.
