American Traveler, LLC. is hiring a Med/Surg Tele RN for a Float Pool position in Massachusetts. Requires MA licensure, Epic EMR experience, and travel nursing background. 12-hour night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM), 36 hours per week, floating across hospital units with no charge nurse duties.

Open to candidates outside a 50-mile radius and offers housing support, travel and licensure reimbursements, and comprehensive benefits.

• Must pass Tele/ECG and Medication competency testing

Responsibilities

• Float Pool position within a hospital setting
• Medical-Surgical Telemetry specialty
• 12-hour night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 36 hours per week
• Float required across units
• No charge nurse responsibilities
• No on-call requirements
• Provide medical-surgical and telemetry nursing care while floating between units as needed
• Maximum of 3 days RTO allowed, with no holiday RTO approved
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius, as local candidates are not accepted for this position
• Returning employees must complete a 6-month break between assignments at any facility within this health system
• Required vaccinations include COVID (with booster) and flu, with medical exemptions allowed
