Job summary
American Traveler Staffing Professionals is seeking a Med/Surg Tele Float RN for a night shift position requiring at least 1 year of RN experience and a PA or compact RN license. The role covers MS/Tele units within a hospital setting and operates on a 3x12 hour night schedule (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with care across float assignments.
Ideal candidates have BLS; ACLS, NIHSS, and TCAR are preferred. Epic EMR experience is required for charting and patient management.
Qualifications
- Active RN license (PA state or compact) required.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS, NIHSS, and TCAR certifications preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required.
- Experience with cardiac telemetry, respiratory care, and oxygen administration including HFNC and nasal cannula.
- Skilled in cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, and use of rapid response/code teams.
- Experience managing cardiac and vasoactive drips (titration skills preferred).
- Proficient in IV therapy, phlebotomy, and peripheral/PICC line care and management.
- Knowledge of isolation precautions and PPE protocols.
- Epic EMR experience required.

- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Approximately 4 hours of non-billable orientation modules required prior to start
