Job summary

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Ambulatory Cardiology RN with MA licensure for a busy cardiology practice. You will perform patient assessment, telephone triage, and care coordination in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

The role follows a Monday–Friday day schedule (8:30 AM–5:00 PM), with 40 hours per week and no on-call requirements. Epic EMR proficiency is required; cardiology and telemetry experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license required.
• 1-2 years acute care nursing experience.
• Minimum 1 year ambulatory/outpatient nursing experience.
• Telephone triage experience required.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• Cardiology experience preferred.
• Telemetry experience and/or cardiac monitoring knowledge preferred.
• Ambulatory Epic experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient cardiology practice setting.
• Responsibilities include patient assessment, telephone triage, care coordination, patient education, and provider support.
• Monday-Friday day shift schedule, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM.
• 40 hours per week.
• No on-call requirements.
• Local candidates accepted at a reduced rate for those within 50 miles of the facility.
• RTO limited to no more than 7 days during the assignment.
• Former perm staff at this facility are not eligible to return as travelers.
