American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced Invasive Cardiology RN for the Cardiac Cath Lab in Ohio. The role requires an active OH license (or compact) and prior Cath Lab experience, with responsibilities in interventional and endovascular cardiology procedures.

Candidates should have BLS/ACLS, ventilator management, and be comfortable with advanced hemodynamic monitoring (IABP/IMPELLA). Shifts vary from early mornings to afternoons, with on-call STEMI duties and supportive travel

Qualifikationen

• Active OH RN license (or compact)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Cath Lab experience including preoperative and postoperative skills
• Experience monitoring and sedating patients
• Proficient with advanced hemodynamic monitoring (IABP/IMPELLA)
• Ventilator management experience
• Ability to lift 250-300 lbs with assistance
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

Aufgaben

• Care for critically ill patients in the Cardiac Cath Lab during interventional and endovascular procedures
• Shifts 0630-1700, 0700-1730, or 0800-1830; holiday/on-call rotations
• Respond to STEMI calls with 30-minute response and 4-hour callback
• Utilize EPIC, XPER, and Change Healthcare systems for patient care and documentation
• Provide direct patient care in the Cath Lab
• Exposure to hazardous substances and daily cleaning products
• Participate in unit rotation and rapid response for STEMI cases

• Ability to lift 250-300 lbs with assistance and push/pull up to 500 lbs with assistance
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stooping, bending, and walking intermittently

Responsibilities

• Cardiac Cath Lab setting caring for critically ill patients undergoing Interventional Cardiology and Endovascular procedures
• Shifts include 0630-1700, 0700-1730, and 0800-1830
• Holiday and on-call shifts assigned by unit rotation
• Assigned STEMI call with a 30-minute response time and minimum 4-hour callback
• Uses EPIC, XPER, and Change Health Care systems
• Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab for interventional and endovascular cardiology procedures
• Requires exposure to communicable diseases, body fluids, chemicals, and cleaning products
• Participate in on-call rotation with rapid response requirements for STEMI cases
