Job summary

American Traveler, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Cardiac Cath Lab position in Maryland. The role requires Cath/EP lab experience and MD or compact RN licensure, plus BLS/ACLS certification and EPIC EMR proficiency.

The schedule features four 10-hour shifts with rotating start times, on-call duties, and a travel-friendly environment with housing support and licensure reimbursement. Local candidates at same pay rate are welcome.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (MD or Compact) required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in Cardiac or Surgical ICU.
• Minimum 2 years CVIL Cath/EP lab experience.
• ICU experience required.
• Moderate sedation experience required.
• EPIC EMR experience required.
• Experience at a comparable facility size is required.

Responsibilities

• Cardiac Cath Lab setting within a hospital.
• Schedule: Four 10-hour day shifts weekly, alternating 7:00 AM-5:30 PM and 8:00 AM-6:30 PM.
• No block scheduling and no set schedule; rotating day off.
• On-call required on weekdays, weekends, and holidays with a 30-minute response time.
• On-call rotation is approx. every 4th weekend, one weekend per month plus 1-2 weekdays.
• Uses EPIC EMR.
• Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab setting.
• Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate.
