Qualificações

• Experience in family care, internal medicine, urgent care, or medical-surgical clinic settings.

Responsabilidades

• Outpatient cardiology clinic setting.
• Primary responsibilities include telephone triage and nurse line management.
• Monitor and respond to MyChart patient advice, prior authorizations, and cardiac clearance forms.
• Collaborate with internal and external care team members.
• Documents encounters and follows clinic-established protocols.
• Day shift schedule, Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm.
• No weekend or on-call requirements.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• Scrubs of any color permitted.
• Orientation held bi-weekly.
• Flu vaccination required with no exemptions or declinations accepted.
• Local candidates accepted within a 75-mile radius at a reduced rate.
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position.
• Candidates with prior permanent employment at the health system must not have worked there within the past 6 months.
• RTO must be submitted with application, limited to 5-7 days maximum.
