American Traveler, LLC. is hiring an RN for a Specialty Clinic role providing outpatient nursing care across multiple medical specialties in Utah.

The position requires a current UT or compact RN license and offers a full-time schedule. You will perform patient assessments, triage, education, and care coordination, assist providers with procedures, administer vaccines and medications, and document care in the EMR.

Formación

• Utah or compact RN license is required.

• Familiarity with computer systems and EMR data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Outpatient Specialty Clinic setting serving patients across multiple specialties.
• Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours/week).
• Assess patients, triage, educate, and coordinate care.
• Assist providers with procedures and examinations.
• Administer vaccinations and medications.
• Document patient care per established standards and participate in QA and infection prevention initiatives.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered Utah or compact state RN license
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of infection control principles and patient safety techniques
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with providers, coworkers, and patients
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team
• Knowledge of computer systems, data entry, and electronic medical records
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs without assistance and heavier weights with assistance
• Outpatient experience preferred (Family Practice, Surgical Center, GYN, etc)

Responsibilities

• Outpatient Specialty Clinic setting serving patients across a variety of medical specialties
• Full time schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)
• Responsibilities include patient assessment, triage, education, and care coordination
• Assists healthcare providers with procedures and examinations
• Administers vaccinations and medications
• Provides professional nursing care in compliance with established practice standards
• Triages incoming patient calls and provides appropriate guidance based on scope of practice
• Documents patient care according to established standards
• Participates in quality improvement, safety, and infection prevention initiatives
• Maintains professional effectiveness through ongoing education and development
