Qualifikationen

• Active RN license, Colorado or Compact, required.
• BLS (AHA) required.
• ACLS (AHA) and NIHSS preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg experience required.
• ASN required, BSN preferred.
• Epic charting experience preferred.
• DOB and last 4 of SSN required for consideration.

Aufgaben

• Work in the Med Ortho unit of a hospital setting.
• 3x12hr Night shifts, 1900-0730.
• 36 hours per week.
• 8 weekend shifts per 8-week schedule.
• On-call is optional.
• May be required to float to other departments based on business need.
• Uses Epic for charting.
• Perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions per state Board of Nursing standards.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Provide patient health teaching, counseling, and therapeutic support.
• Document care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines.
• Refer patients for further evaluation or treatment as needed.
• Former Intermountain permanent staff must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for this assignment.
