The role features 3x12-hour shifts (07:00-19:30) totaling 36 hours weekly, with on-site work. BLS certification, crisis prevention training, and driving and identification details are part of the candidacy process. Local 50-mile radius per facility policy and travel/licensure support offered.

• Open to work any day of the week; self-scheduling not available.
• Limit time off to less than 7 days (RTO).
• Local candidates may be considered within market constraints.

• Keep requested time off (RTO) to less than 7 days
• Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Local candidates may be considered depending on market, subject to account manager approval
• Returning permanent employees must obtain approval prior to consideration
• Change of agency representation is not permitted for this client
