Solutions by Sanford is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RN) for Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND. The role emphasizes using the nursing process to deliver individualized patient care and collaborating with physicians to plan, implement and evaluate care.

You will care for patients across preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up, coordinating care, patient education, triage, and various nursing interventions within state practice standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in state of practice; multistate licensure if in NLC state.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Plan, coordinate care, patient assessment, triage and education.
• Adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and professional ethics.
