Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Travel RN for a Labor & Delivery unit in Tennessee. The role requires an active TN or compact RN license and AWHONN fetal monitoring certification, with night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.

The twelve-week assignment demands a minimum of one year in Labor & Delivery, plus current BLS and NRP certifications. Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius and provide one professional reference.

Qualifications

• Active TN or compact RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery experience required.
• Current BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted).
• Intermediate or advanced AWHONN or NCCEFM fetal monitoring certification required.
• Current NRP certification (Advanced 9th Edition) required.
• No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment start.
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Hospital-based Labor & Delivery unit position.
• Night shift schedule 7:00 PM–7:00 AM.
• 13-week assignment length.
• Provide direct patient care to laboring and postpartum patients.
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates not accepted.
• One professional reference required for consideration.
