Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for travel staffing opportunities to serve underserved communities.

Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive patient care using the nursing process and collaborating with physicians to ensure optimal outcomes. The role requires an active RN license in the practicing state, 1+ year of clinical experience, and travel nursing exposure.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state; multistate licensure if applicable.
Minimum of one year of clinical experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
Required certifications and competencies maintained as per departmental standards.

Responsibilities

Provide patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to age- and population-specific standards.
Provide care across all care phases - preventative, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
Plan and coordinate care, conduct patient assessments, deliver education, triage, and perform various nursing interventions.
Comply with state nursing laws, standards, and ethical guidelines, including the Nurse Practice Act and ANA codes.
