Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure.
- At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
- Residency at least 60 miles from the facility location.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver personalized patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, to coordinate and evaluate care plans.
- Provide care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Plan and coordinate patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
- Practice within the scope of nursing standards, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines, and maintain competency through required certifications.
