Job summary

Proforma Health Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse for travel assignments across underserved communities. You will apply the nursing process to deliver tailored patient care and collaborate with physicians and care teams.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure.
At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.
Willingness to work day shifts, with flexibility for contract extensions or site changes.

Responsibilities

Utilizing the nursing process to deliver personalized patient care.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to plan and evaluate care.
Providing care across all phases—preventive, diagnostic, treatment, and follow-up.
Coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
Practicing within the scope of nursing licensure and adhering to professional standards and ethical guidelines.
