Job summary

Health Here is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments to support underserved communities. You will deliver personalized patient care using the nursing process, collaborate with physicians, and provide education and follow-up across all care phases.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor’s degree preferred), an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state, at least one year of nursing experience and six months in travel nursing, and

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
• Residence at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
• Required competencies and certifications maintained throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver personalized patient care.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Providing care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Coordinating care, performing patient assessments, delivering education, triaging, and executing various nursing interventions.
• Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to licensure regulations and ethical guidelines.
