Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a night shift travel contract requiring 18 months of ICU experience and a GA or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in the 4W ICU unit of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
• No on-call responsibilities
• Required to float to other departments and facilities, including Perry Hospital, based on department rotation

Requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license required in hand
• Minimum of 18 months of ICU experience required

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care within a high-acuity ICU setting
• Interview process includes a Nurse Manager interview
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered, as no local candidates are allowed
• Former Emory or Houston permanent staff must be separated from the health system for at least 1 year before returning, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days if not near a holiday, or 3 days if near a holiday, with only one holiday request allowed per traveler
