Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a night shift travel position requiring current acute care ICU experience and NIH Stroke certification.

Details

Adult ICU/CCU unit with 30 beds and 57 staff members
Typical patient ratio of 1 RN to 2 patients, with overflow potential increasing ratios
Nurse externs on staff to assist with patient care
Unit utilizes Lenet beds and GE monitors
Performs procedures including rapid intubation, chest tubes, and EVD placement
Treats LVAD and CRRT patients
Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Requirements

Active RN license, CO or compact required
