American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a 13-week travel assignment in New Hampshire. This role requires strong telemetry skills and recent ICU experience, with an active NH or Compact RN license and current BLS/ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities include working in a 25-bed ICU at a Level 2 Trauma Center with around-the-clock support, ventilator management, and bedside shift reports. Housing allowance and travel/licensure reimbursements are provided.

Qualifications

• Active RN license NH or Compact
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
• Strong telemetry skills required
• Experience titrating vasoactive and inotrope medications
• Chest tube experience
• Open heart experience, temporary pacing, and Swan-Ganz catheter experience preferred
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
• One professional reference required

Responsabilités

• ICU with 25-bed capacity at a Level 2 Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center
• 2:1 patient ratios with around-the-clock mid-level and trauma surgeon coverage, plus respiratory therapy support
• PT/OT support during day shift; no LNAs or PCTs on unit
• Operate with GE Monitors, Hamilton Bipaps and Hiflows, Puritan ventilators, and Hemospheres equipment
• Charting in Meditech Expanse
• Day shift 7:00AM-7:00PM
• Schedule includes 12 shifts per month (3 per week) with 4 weekend shifts per month
• Floating required on a rotation basis; travelers float first
• Unit performs intubation, central line and arterial line placement, and chest tube placement
• Participate in bedside shift report with MyCare board updates at each shift change
• Scrubs required for dress code; any color accepted
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within past 12 months
