Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced ICU RN with CT surgery and mechanical circulatory support device experience for a 13-week night shift assignment at a Boston-area hospital.

Requirements include an active MA RN license, BLS and ACLS, 2+ years ICU experience and CT surgery background. Travel-friendly benefits include housing allowance and licensure reimbursement. EPIC EMR experience is required.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license, in hand.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA).
• Minimum 2+ years ICU experience.
• CT surgery experience required.
• Experience with IABP and IMPELLA devices.
• Must be separated from Beth Israel Lahey Health for 6+ months.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Intensive Care Unit of a hospital setting.
• 12-hour night shift schedule, 36 hours per week.
• Every other weekend rotation (days/nights).
• Float between ICU and IMCU as needed.
• EPIC EMR experience required.

Job description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN with CT surgery and mechanical circulatory support device experience for a 13-week night shift assignment.

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required (in hand)
• Current certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA)
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar ICU setting required
• CT surgery experience required
• Experience with IABP and IMPELLA devices required
• Must be separated from Beth Israel Lahey Health for 6+ months to be considered

Responsibilities

• Work in the Intensive Care Unit of a hospital setting
• 12-hour night shift schedule, 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend rotation (days/nights)
• Required to float between ICU and IMCU
• EPIC EMR experience required
• 2 holidays required if assignment spans winter holidays
• Weekly orientation schedule
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Must pass Tele/ECG and Medication competency testing
• Required vaccinations: COVID vaccine plus booster and Flu shot (medical exemptions allowed)
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates not accepted
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
