American Traveler, LLC. is hiring an ICU RN for a 13‑week day‑shift assignment in New Jersey.

This travel position requires 1.5 years ICU experience and an active NJ or compact RN license, with BLS/ACLS; NIHSS preferred. You’ll work 3x12‑hour shifts, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM, in an ICU, with Epic charting. First-time travelers are welcome; housing and licensure reimbursements are offered.

Competenze

• Active NJ or compact RN license in hand at time of consideration
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; NIHSS preferred
• Minimum 1.5 years ICU experience
• Cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and emergency response
• Experience with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure
• IV therapy, arterial/central line care
• Continuous IV sedation and titration of cardiac/vasoactive drips
• BiPAP/CPAP management for ventilated patients
• ABG interpretation and ETT/NT suctioning
• Isolation precautions and proper PPE use

Mansioni

• Work in the ICU of a hospital setting
• Day shift: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM-7:30 PM

• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility

American Traveler is hiring an ICU RN for a 13-week day shift assignment requiring 1.5 years of ICU experience and an active NJ or compact RN license.

Requirements

• Active NJ or compact RN license required in hand at time of consideration
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS required; NIHSS preferred
• Minimum 1.5 years of ICU experience required
• Skilled in cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, and emergency response
• Experience managing patients with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure
• Proficient in IV therapy, arterial line and central line care/management
• Experience with continuous IV sedation and titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips
• Skilled in BiPAP/CPAP management and care of ventilated patients
• Able to interpret arterial blood gases (ABGs) and perform ETT/NT suctioning
• Knowledgeable in isolation precautions and proper PPE use

Responsibilities

• Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM-7:30 PM
• Epic charting system preferred
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
• Previous staff must wait one year before returning as a traveler
• No travel pairs or groups accepted
• All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at time of consideration, with no more than 3 days auto-approved and none during the first week of orientation
