Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Night Shift RN for an ICU position in New Hampshire. The role requires 2+ years of ICU experience and proficiency with Epic EMR. Active NH or Compact RN license, BLS and ACLS are required, along with a MA license if applicable.

The assignment is 12-hour nights, 36 hours per week, with a schedule that includes every third weekend. Travel-ready candidates and housing/licensing reimbursements are available in a community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Epic EMR experience required

Responsibilities

• 14-bed ICU? Wait—12-hour night shift: 12-hour night shift schedule, 36 hours per week
• Care for a mixed adult ICU population including cardiac, surgical, and stroke patients
• Utilizes Epic EMR system
• No floating or charge responsibilities required
• Work alongside intensivists and hospitalists in a community hospital ICU setting
• Accepts local candidates
• Returning employees must complete a 6-month break between assignments at any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility
• Providing critical care nursing to critically ill adult patients with conditions such as respiratory failure, sepsis, and post-surgical complications
• Occasional management of pediatric patients requiring stabilization prior to transfer
• 8-week assignment length
• Provide care for acute stroke patients supported by telestroke/tele-neurology services as part of a Primary Stroke Center
• 12-hour night shift schedule, 36 hours per week
• Requires working every third weekend
• Pass/fail testing may be required for Tele/ECG and Medication competency
• Required vaccinations include COVID (plus booster) and Flu, with medical exemptions allowed
