American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment in Virginia. The role requires at least one year of home health experience and OASIS training, with a 13-week contract and a 50-mile coverage radius around Fredericksburg.

You will work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional weekends. A generous housing allowance, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), travel and licensure reimbursements are offered, with TB testing and BLS required. HCHB EMR is used daily.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of home health experience
• OASIS experience or training
• BLS certification (hands-on)
• HCHB experience preferred; orientation provided
• License required if applicable
• TB testing required; chest X-rays not accepted

Aufgaben

• Home Health setting serving patients within a 50-mile radius of the Fredericksburg office
• Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with one weekend per month and comp time provided
• Uses HCHB EMR system

• Tablet and phone hardware provided for job duties
• Clean, professional scrubs required
• Expect to work some holidays and weekends in rotation with staff unless otherwise contracted
• Workers will be assigned to a home location, with floating to other locations discussed as needed
• Floating will be conducted in accordance with facility policy and the experience level of the worker, with appropriate orientation provided
• Time off requests should be submitted early in the process, with minimal RTO preferred during the first weeks of the assignment
• Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate

• Must be able to pass TB testing; positive results will result in cancellation and chest X-rays are not accepted as an alternative
