Benedictine Living is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our float pool. This role requires traveling to multiple facilities to provide compassionate care to residents and collaborate with a dedicated team of associates.

The Float RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans, ensuring safe medication administration and high-quality resident outcomes. Strong English communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RN licensure in good standing.
• Strong organization skills to assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an appropriate plan of care based on assessment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
• Float RN travels to provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required.
