Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Float to travel between facilities within our Benedictine region, providing compassionate, patient-centered care and implementing care plans based on assessment. This role requires travel and collaboration with a team across multiple facilities.

Candidates must hold a current RN license in good standing, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and read, write, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Must hold current state licensure as a RN in good standing
• Possess organization skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English

Responsibilities

• The RN develops and implements appropriate plan of care based on assessment.
• The RN demonstrates knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
• RN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
