Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Float to join our compassionate care team. The RN will travel within a designated Benedictine region to provide high-quality nursing care at multiple facilities, collaborating with a dedicated team to support residents and families.

The role requires current RN licensure, strong organizational and communication skills, and fluency in English. This position offers opportunities to work across the upper Midwest with a not-for-profit senior care

Qualifications

• Must hold current state licensure as a RN in good standing.
• Possess organization skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• The RN develops and implements appropriate plan of care based on assessment.
• The RN demonstrates knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
• RN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
