Job summary

Benedictine Living is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Float to join our compassionate care team. This role travels across Benedictine facilities to deliver high-quality nursing care to residents.

The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, demonstrate medication knowledge, and communicate effectively with residents and team to maintain our standard of excellence in care across the region.

Qualifications

• Must hold current state RN licensure in good standing.
• Organizational skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• The RN develops and implements appropriate plan of care based on assessment.
• RN demonstrates knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
• RN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
