Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Float to join our compassionate care team. This role requires travel across a designated Benedictine region to provide clinical care in multiple facilities, with a focus on resident well-being and continuity of care.

You will develop and implement care plans based on assessments, administer medications, communicate clearly with residents, families, and staff, and maintain licensure in good standing.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RN license in good standing.
• Ability to travel across Benedictine region to provide care as needed.
• Read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• The RN develops and implements appropriate plan of care based on assessment.
• The RN demonstrates knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
• RN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
