Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Float to join our compassionate team. This role requires traveling to multiple Benedictine facilities to care for residents and partner with a great team of associates.

You will develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and communicate effectively with residents and staff. The position supports our not-for-profit mission and Midwest presence, with a strong emphasis on hospitality and resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement a plan of care based on assessment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
• RN Float travels to provide care within a Benedictine region.
• Must hold current state licensure as an RN in good standing.
• Possess organization skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the plan of care for residents.
• Administer medications according to orders and guidelines.
• Travel to designated Benedictine region to deliver patient care as needed.
