Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Float to join our compassionate care team and support our mission of serving our residents with respect and dignity.

The RN develops and implements care plans based on assessments, administers medications, and travels as needed to provide care within a designated Benedictine region. Current RN licensure in good standing is required, along with strong organizational and communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing and current state licensure.
• Ability to travel within Benedictine region to provide care.
• Strong organization to assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plans of care based on assessments.
• Demonstrate knowledge of medications and their administration.
