Job summary

AdventHealth StaffFlex is hiring for all bedside nursing openings across Castle Rock, Parker, Littleton and surrounding Colorado locations. We offer flexible contract assignments with the possibility to convert to permanent staff and guaranteed hours.

Positions include Day and Night shifts, with competitive pay rates by unit such as ER, ICU, CVICU, Med/Surg and more, and comprehensive benefits from day one. RN license and 2+ years acute care required.

Qualifications

• RN license is required
• 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting
• English fluency required
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical thinking skills appropriate to patient’s level of care.
• Collects and documents patient health data systematically and timely.
• Conducts thorough assessments and develops evidence-based plans of care.
• Implements interventions from the plan of care safely and timely.
• Collaborates and promotes timely patient placement by following hospital policy.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed with patient safety in mind.
