Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a StaffFlex Registered Nurse in Castle Rock, CO for flexible contract assignments with a 36-hour work week. The RN must hold an active license, be fluent in English, and have 2+ years of acute care nursing experience. Travel to multiple facilities within AdventHealth may be required as part of the StaffFlex program.

This role offers guaranteed hours, competitive premium pay, and the opportunity to convert to permanent staff within AdventHealth’s system.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN licensure and be fluent in English.
• Associate's and Bachelor's degrees in nursing are required.
• Acute hospital experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical thinking appropriate to patient care.
• Collects and documents patient data timely.
• Assesses patients and develops individualized care plans.
• Implements planned interventions safely and timely.
• Collaborates on patient placement and discharge processes.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educates patients and families on conditions and care plans.
